3. Orders & Product Availability

A. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not indicate acceptance. Silkriti India reserves the right to verify, accept, or cancel the order after internal review.

B. Handmade Nature & Variation

All products are handcrafted in 999 silver. Minor variations in texture, finish, or design may occur — these are not defects, but signs of authenticity and artisan work.

C. Product Availability

We aim to keep all products updated. However, in rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will inform you and offer a refund or alternate product.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Taxes and shipping (if any) are displayed at checkout
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice
• Accepted payment methods include UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and trusted third-party gateways

Silkriti India does not store your payment information.

5. Authenticity & Guarantee

• All products are made from certified 999 silver
• A certificate of authenticity is provided upon request
• A 1-year craftsmanship assurance is offered on eligible products under normal use

6. Return, Exchange & Buyback

In Brief:

• Returns are accepted only in case of verified damage, defect, or wrong item received
• Buyback (on non-custom items) is available at 70% of MRP or invoice value under terms stated
• Products must be returned with original documents (invoices, certificates, packaging)

• All visuals, images, and product descriptions on the website are owned or licensed by Silkriti India
• Slight visual differences due to photography, screen settings, or lighting are not considered defects
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of our content is strictly prohibited
